Introduction
Non-Dairy Creamer (commonly known as milk powder) is made from plant oils, glucose syrup, and emulsifiers. It is processed through emulsification, homogenization, and spray drying to form powder ingredients. Its main features are whitening and enhancing the smoothness of milk flavor. It is widely used in milk teas, instant coffee, baking, solid cereal, and ready-made soup mixes. Customized low-fat / medium-fat / high-fat and trans-fat-free formulas are available. The factory directly supplies bulk exports and OEM production for domestic food factories.

Q1: Does non-dairy creamer contain real milk?
A: Standard formula is non-dairy without lactose and fresh milk. Some versions contain sodium caseinate from milk source; lactose-free customized formula is available for allergic customers.
Q2: How about solubility?
A: Quick dissolution in cold and hot water. Recommended dosage:8-10g per 100ml for milk tea,10-12g per 100ml for coffee, stable without layer separation.
Q3: Is OEM & private label acceptable?
A: Yes. We adjust fat ratio from 5% to 75%, cream flavor and acid resistance as clients’ requirement; 1kg/10kg/25kg customized package is supported.
Q4: Storage requirement?
A: Keep sealed in cool, dry and ventilated place away from direct sunlight; finish consumption rapidly once opened to avoid moisture agglomeration.
Q5: What certifications can you provide?
