Selected from naturally sun-ripened red tomatoes grown in the open fields of Xinjiang's Gobi Desert, this pure tomato paste is made by peeling and deseeding fresh tomatoes, then low-temperature vacuum-concentrating them. Free from sucrose, vinegar, and artificial preservatives, it differs from table condiments and serves as a professional-grade concentrated tomato base for restaurants and food manufacturing facilities. Seven to ten pounds of fresh tomatoes are condensed into one pound of paste—deep red with a glossy sheen, smooth and thick in texture, offering a balanced natural sweetness and acidity with rich, authentic tomato aroma. High in lycopene, it is a universally used foundational ingredient in Chinese, Western, Middle Eastern, and African cuisines worldwide.

A: Our tomato paste is concentrated from fresh tomatoes only, no sugar, vinegar or preservatives, used as food raw material; Ketchup is seasoned dipping sauce with sugar, vinegar & spices, thin texture for direct eating.

Q2: Any additives or preservatives inside?

A: Standard item only made from fresh ripe tomatoes, optional tiny salt; NO sugar, citric acid, starch, artificial preservatives or colorants added.

Q3: Cold Break vs Hot Break?

A: Cold Break: bright red color, fresh tomato flavor, mild acid; Hot Break: deep red, strong cooked tomato taste, popular for Africa & Middle East market.

Q4: Shelf life & storage instruction?

A: 24 months shelf life under cool dry place away from sunshine; refrigerate within 7 days after opening, freeze leftover for up to 6 months.

Q5: How to cook with tomato paste?

A: Sauté paste in oil for 2~3 mins first to release aroma before adding liquid; 5~15g for 1L soup, 50~80g for 1kg meat sauce.
