Sodium Erythorbate is a white or slightly off-white crystalline powder, odorless with a slight salty taste. It is freely soluble in water and slightly soluble in ethanol. The product is stable in dry air, while its aqueous solution is sensitive to high temperature, strong light and metal ions.
The 2% water solution pH ranges from 5.5 to 8.0, with stable optical rotation and high purity. It conforms completely to international food-grade specifications and ensures stable performance in various food formulas.
