Please kindly note important compliance requirements for goods shipped to USA market:
FDA Facility Registration: Our manufacturing plant holds valid FDA food facility registration. The registration number will be provided upon request.
Prior Notice: Prior Notice submission to FDA is mandatory before cargo arrival. For sea shipment, Prior Notice shall be submitted no less than 8 hours before vessel arrival at US port, max 15 days in advance via PNSI system. This procedure shall be completed by US importer or US customs broker.
FSVP Compliance: The US‑side importer shall establish and maintain FSVP documents in accordance with FSMA rule. We will provide supporting documents including COA, MSDS, production records, audit certificates for importer’s FSVP filing purpose.
Regulatory Status: The goods comply with 21 CFR requirements for intended food applications.
Document package for customs clearance: Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading, COA, MSDS, Certificate of Origin will be supplied.
Label requirement: Outer package must show product name, net weight, batch No., manufacture date, expiry date, country of origin “Made in China”, storage condition. No FDA logo shall be printed on packages.
Important Reminder:
FDA will conduct random inspection upon arrival. Any non‑compliance on Prior Notice, registration or labeling may result in cargo detention or hold at port. Please coordinate with your US broker in advance to avoid delay.
