The autumn season is refreshing, and the fragrant osmanthus flowers are in full bloom. The National Day and Mid-Autumn Festival of 2025 are approaching. According to the "Notice of the General Office of the State Council on the Holiday Arrangements for Some Public Holidays in 2025", and in light of the actual operational situation of the company, in order to ensure that everyone has a peaceful holiday, the following holiday arrangement and service adjustment matters are hereby announced: I. Holiday Dates

From Wednesday, October 1st, 2025 to Wednesday, October 8th, 2025, there will be a public holiday with an extended weekend, totaling 8 days. Normal working days will be observed on September 28th (Sunday) and October 11th (Saturday).

II. Business and Service Arrangements

Order and Business Processing: Orders submitted before 17:00 on September 30th will be processed as much as possible before the holiday; orders submitted during October 1st to 8th will show the status "processing", and will be processed in priority order upon resumption (October 9th). Various business approvals, contract signings, etc. are suspended. The resumption time is October 9th.

Online Service Availability: The company's official website can be accessed normally. Static functions such as product display and information query will not be affected. Online inquiries and orders will remain open. However, the instant response service of online customer service is suspended. Messages and inquiries will be replied to within 24 hours after the holiday.

Logistics and Delivery: Goods delivery will be suspended from October 1st to 8th. Orders completed before the holiday will be dispatched according to the logistics time. If you have an urgent need for delivery before the holiday, please confirm with your dedicated business consultant before September 27th. From October 9th, normal delivery will resume. Backlogged orders will be dispatched within 3 working days.

III. Important Warnings

To avoid any disruption to your business operations, please make your order planning and demand communication in advance according to the holiday schedule. If there are any special requirements, please contact the dedicated business contact person for coordination and handling.

After the holiday, we will promptly review the backlog of business and prioritize handling the unfinished matters before the holiday and urgent orders to ensure a seamless service.

If your cooperation project involves time-related agreements, we will synchronize the progress with you on the first working day after the holiday to ensure the normal progress of the project.
