1. What is your soy lecithin made of?

Our soy lecithin is 100% naturally extracted from high-quality non-GMO soybeans (GMO soybeans are also available on request) through advanced pressing, extraction and degumming processes, without any artificial additives or harmful substances.

2. What grades of soy lecithin do you provide?

We offer three main grades to meet different industry needs: Food Grade (for food & beverage production), Pharmaceutical Grade (for dietary supplements and pharmaceuticals), and Cosmetic Grade (for skin care and hair care products). All grades comply with international quality standards.

3. What forms of soy lecithin can you supply?

Our soy lecithin is available in three common forms: Liquid (amber/dark brown viscous liquid), Powder (light yellow fine powder), and Granular (light yellow granules). We can also provide customized forms according to your specific requirements.

4. Do you provide samples? How can I get a sample?

Yes, we provide free samples (minimum 1kg) for quality testing. You only need to bear the shipping cost. Please contact our sales team via WhatsApp or Email to confirm the sample specification, and we will arrange delivery within 3-7 days.

5. What is the MOQ and lead time?

The minimum order quantity (MOQ) is 1kg for small orders and samples; bulk orders with no upper limit are acceptable. For samples, the lead time is 3-7 days; for bulk orders, it is 15-20 days, which can be shortened according to the order quantity.

6. What certifications do your products have?

Our soy lecithin has passed multiple international certifications, including FDA, FSSC, GMP, ISO 9001, ISO 22000, HACCP, Kosher and Halal. We can provide official certification documents and third-party test reports (SGS, Eurofins) on request.

7. How do you package the products for export?

We use export-standard packaging to ensure product safety during transportation: 20kg/carton, 25kg/paper drum, 200kg/metal drum, 1000kg/plastic tote. Neutral packaging or custom packaging (with your logo) is available.

8. What are the payment terms and delivery terms?

9. What is the shelf life of your soy lecithin?

The shelf life is 24 months when stored in the original sealed packaging, away from direct sunlight, high temperature and moisture. After opening, please seal it tightly and use it within 3 months.
