Allulose is a natural and rare sugar substitute that is friendly to people with diabetes. It has a glycemic index (GI) of 0 and has almost no effect on blood sugar and insulin. It can effectively reduce the peak blood sugar level after meals for type 2 diabetes patients, reduce the burden on insulin secretion by the pancreas, and help manage blood sugar levels stably.
