Eating method

Raw materials:

Agar, bayberry juice, rock sugar

Practice:

Soak Agar in clean water. After 2 hours, boil half a pot of water and boil it in Agar until completely dissolved.

Storage method

It should be kept in a dry place. Keeping the temperature between 18 ℃ and 25 ℃ can increase the inventory life of Agar. If the storage temperature is excessive for a long time, it will lead to the decrease of gel strength. Agar should not be stored with something with a strong smell.
