It is specifically designed for the meat industry. It is made from Bovine or Porcine Skin. Antioxidants are added to the mixture for the stabilization of fat components.
Type: Functional Animal Protein has Low, Medium and High Functionality based on water and oil holding capacities ranging from 1:10, 1:15 to 1:20.
