Blend/Compound Food Phosphate
Introduction
Blendphos is a special blend of food phosphates, which perform a number of functions in meat and poultry products, including increasing moisture retention, aiding emulsification, binding meat particles, acceleratingcure and color development and protecting flavor Preventing microbial growth. These functions are accomplished through pH modification, increase in ionic strength, metal sequestration and interaction with meat proteins.

Applications
High viscosity binder for sausages and comminuted meat products and meat emulsions,this product is recommended especially for processing pork, poultry meat, fish, fish fillets, shrimps and clams.
During dry process is quickly dissolving provides High viscosity to the paste and allows strong firmness and bright color in the final product and good cooking yield. We recommend to add 3 – 5 g of blendphos K7 per 1 kg of meat at the beginning of processing in the cutter.
blendphos K7 can be used for wet process, as well, where is quickly dissolving, has very good total yield, good bright color, no caking effect and very good solubilization with presence of salt. But, if used with salt, please dissolve blendphos K7 completely firstly, then add salt.
